Mailing Log Files to the Valsight support
The Valsight Backend keeps track of errors that occurred during the usage of the product. These provide valuable details for our development team. These log files contain no modelling information or data points, other then the currently logged in username.

In the admin section, go to the “Metrics” subsection. You find a link to download all log files and metrics.
